Cause

Dette problemet er relatert til VPLEX-administrasjonskonsollen som avviser gyldige kommandoer som sendes fra AppSync via REST API. Dette er et kjent problem i VPLEX.

Årsaken til NaN-problemet antas for tiden å være CST JNI-innfødt kode som ikke er trådsikker og ødelegger FPU-registrene og forstyrrer andre java-tråder som trenger å bruke FPU (for eksempel for doble tall).

Resolution

Permanent løsning:
Dette problemet er løst i VPLEX GeoSynchrony-kode versjon 6.0 Service Pack 1 Patch 4 og nyere.

Løsningen:

  1. Start VPLEX-administrasjonskonsollen på nytt.
  2. Kjør Serviceplanen for AppSync på nytt.
