Symptoms

O AppSync não consegue obter as informações de volume virtual com wwn:<wwn_id> do cluster do VPLEX devido a problemas no console de gerenciamento do VPLEX.
Falha no comando do AppSync:https://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:443/vplex/export+storage-view+find HTTP/1.1
 
O principal erro encontrado no log do servidor é:

Cause

Esse problema está relacionado ao console de gerenciamento do VPLEX, que está rejeitando comandos válidos passados do AppSync por meio da API REST. Esse é um problema conhecido no VPLEX.

A razão para o problema NaN atualmente acredita-se ser o código nativo JNI CST não ser thread-safe e corromper os registros FPU e interferir com outros threads java que precisam usar o FPU (como para números duplos).

Resolution

Resolução permanente:
Esse problema foi corrigido no VPLEX GeoSynchrony Code versão 6.0 Service Pack 1 Patch 4 e posterior.

Solução alternativa:

  1. Reinicie o console de gerenciamento do VPLEX.
  2. Execute novamente o plano de serviço do AppSync.
