Symptoms

由於 VPLEX 管理主控台問題，AppSync 無法從 VPLEX 叢集取得 wwn：<wwn_id> 的虛擬磁碟區資訊。

Cause

此問題與 VPLEX 管理主控台拒絕透過 REST API 從 AppSync 傳遞的有效命令有關。這是 VPLEX 中的已知問題。

目前認為 NaN 問題的原因在於 CST JNI 本機代碼不是線程安全的，並且損壞了 FPU 寄存器並干擾了需要使用 FPU 的其他 Java 線程（例如雙精度數位）。

Resolution

永久解決方案：
此問題已在 VPLEX GeoSynchrony 程式碼版本 6.0 Service Pack 1 修補程式 4 及更新版本中修正。

因應措施：

  1. 重新啟動 VPLEX 管理主控台。
  2. 重新執行 AppSync 服務計劃。
