AppSync не може отримати інформацію про віртуальний том за допомогою wwn:<wwn_id> з кластера VPLEX через проблеми з консоллю керування VPLEX.

Cause

Ця проблема пов'язана з консоллю керування VPLEX, яка відхиляє дійсні команди, передані з AppSync через REST API. Це відома проблема у VPLEX.

Причиною проблеми NaN наразі вважається те, що нативний код CST JNI не є потоковим, що пошкоджує регістри FPU та заважає іншим потокам Java, які потребують використання FPU (наприклад, для подвійних чисел).

Resolution

Постійне рішення:
Цю проблему виправлено у VPLEX GeoSynchrony коду версії 6.0, Service Pack 1, патчі 4 та новіших.

Обхідний шлях:

  1. Перезапусти консоль керування VPLEX.
  2. Повторіть тарифний план AppSync.
