Symptoms

由于 VPLEX 管理控制台问题，AppSync 无法从 VPLEX 群集获取具有 wwn：<wwn_id> 的虚拟卷信息。
AppSync 命令失败：https://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:443/vplex/export+storage-view+find HTTP/1.1
 
服务器日志中发现的主要错误是：

Cause

此问题与 VPLEX 管理控制台相关，该控制台拒绝通过 REST API 从 AppSync 传递的有效命令。这是 VPLEX 中的已知问题。

目前认为 NaN 问题的原因在于 CST JNI 本机代码不是线程安全的，损坏了 FPU 寄存器，并干扰了需要使用 FPU 的其他 Java 线程（例如双精度数字）。

Resolution

永久解决方案：
此问题已在 VPLEX GeoSynchrony 代码版本 6.0 Service Pack 1 Patch 4 及更高版本中得到修复。

解决 方案：

  1. 重新启动 VPLEX 管理控制台。
  2. 重新运行 AppSync 服务计划。
