Symptoms

  • 升级到 v8.2.1a 后，MAPS 电子邮件警报不起作用。
  • 从交换机运行 MAPS 测试电子邮件 （mapsconfig -testmail）显示电子邮件已成功发送，但 SMTP 服务器中没有收到来自交换机的电子邮件。
  • 从交换机到 SMTP 中继服务器的 IP 网络 ping 显示设备之间交换了 ICMP ping，这意味着交换机和 SMTP 服务器之间存在可靠的连接。
  • 网络数据包跟踪 （tcpdump当交换机发送测试电子邮件时，安装在交换机上的 ） 显示交换机端未产生流量。
  • Crontab 交换机上的命令输出（Linux 命令）（# crontab -l） 为空。

  • Crontab 输出显示 cronjob 的 crontab 列表，显示 crontab 文件内容。
  • Crontab 是一个文件，其中包含要在指定时间运行的 cron 条目的计划。

Cause

在这种情况下，应该有一个 crontab /fabos/sbin/mail_handler.sh 文件，以便在交换机生成 MAPS 电子邮件时启动要路由到中继域的邮件。

Resolution

解决办法：

  1. 以根用户身份登录交换机
  2. 在该节点上运行 /usr/bin/crontab /fabos/rbin/mail_handler
  3. 这将正确地重新创建 crontab 文件。

提醒：每次重新启动交换机或进行 hafailover 后，必须运行上述命令，直至可以完成升级。
