Symptoms
Upgrade to 6.4 on Linux DPA server fails with error message:
JRE libraries are missing or not compatible....
Integrity of the binaries was verified using md5sum.
Internet search on error "JRE libraries are missing or not compatible...." found that two possible reasons of this error are:
- No 32-bit library support: glibc.i686
- There is no space or no permission on the /tmp/ folder.
Cause
In this case, the issue was the mount of a /tmp folder marked as noexec.
Resolution
Remount /tmp and set execution permissions.
