Dell Unity: Error While Logging Into Unisphere With LDAP User (User Correctable)

Symptoms
Customer configured LDAP authentication and set up LDAP users and LDAP groups.
When he tries to connect to Unisphere with the accounts, he get a "Invalid Credentials" message and it fails to log in.
The login formats that the customer tried was: domain/username, FQDN/username
Cause
Wrongly entered format for LDAP users requesting Unisphere access to manage their Unity array.
Resolution
Use the below format on logging in to Unisphere with LDAP user: username@fqdn
Example:
If domain is named test.lab.emc.com and LDAP user "user1" is authorized to login to Unisphere, use following format to login:user1@test.lab.emc.com
