Symptoms

De logboeken gaven de volgende fout weer:

Use of uninitialized value $availableversion in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/avamarclient/etc/scripts/proxymountclient.pl line 284.

After further investigation found the problem with labelnum taken from previous backup that is corrupted and causing the failure:

Cause

Een beschadigd referentieback-upnummer zorgt ervoor dat de back-ups mislukken.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:
  1. Schakel CBT uit en maak een volledige back-up.
  2. Schakel CBT opnieuw in om te valideren dat de incrementele back-up ook goed werkt.
