Symptoms

Il backup del database Oracle di NetWorker Module for Databases and Applications (NMDA) non riesce:

La procedura guidata di configurazione del client per il client Oracle non è stata eseguita a causa di una variabile di ambiente mancante sul client Oracle.

Cause

La variabile di ambiente mancante è LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Questa variabile è richiesta dall'agent NMDA e dovrebbe essere disponibile anche se non viene utilizzata da Oracle."
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${NSR_LIBS}:/lib:/usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH" è disponibile nel file di avvio di NetWorker /opt/nsr/admin/networkerrc.

Resolution

  1. Sul client Oracle, aprire /opt/nsr/admin/networkerrc in un editor di testo.
  2. Modificare il percorso di LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${NSR_LIBS}:/lib:/usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH su LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${NSR_LIBS}:$ORACLE_HOME/lib:/lib:/usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
  3. Salvare le modifiche e riavviare i servizi NetWorker sul client.
