Symptoms

U kunt zich voordoen als de HD-audiocontroller wordt uitgeschakeld in Apparaatbeheer nadat u de driver voor de AMD Radeon grafische kaart handmatig opnieuw hebt geïnstalleerd in het besturingssysteem (OS) Windows 10.

Cause

Windows heeft extra tijd nodig om de installatie te voltooien. Het probleem kan zich voordoen als u direct na de installatie van de AMD-driver op de knop Opnieuw opstarten hebt geklikt.

Resolution

Verwijder de driver en installeer de driver opnieuw. Laat de computer deze keer echter minimaal 3 minuten inactief of selecteer Later opnieuw opstarten zodat het besturingssysteem de taak op de achtergrond voltooit.
