OneFS: How to retrieve a minidump file

Instructions
OneFS 7.x and later:
- Open an SSH connection to the node which the minidump is to be retrieved from and log in using the root account.
- Extract the minidump file:
# isi_savecore -d /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/<node name and lnn>/<date of node's unexpected reboot>/ --save
For example:
# isi_savecore -d /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/testnode-1/2025_12_25/ --save
The minidump file has a name similar to vmcore-mini-gzip-prioritized.0
Note: A minidump file is going to have the same name across multiple nodes and on different reboot events. To avoid overwriting each minidump, it is necessary to save it into a different directory on each retrieval.
- Upload the minidump file to Isilon Technical Support.
