Symptoms

 

VPlex 安裝程式命令不正確地報告檢查總和錯誤，儘管其套件正確。 

service@vplex-c1:~> VPlex-MS-installer --omit-manifest-check -v VPlex.x.x.x-management-server-package.tar 
The checksums of the package file do not match. 

 

Cause

RPM 目錄具有錯誤的權限。 
 

  • 檢查 RPM 目錄權限。目錄意外由 root 使用者擁有。 

service@vplex-c1:~> ls -lFd /tmp/VPlexInstallPackages/rpms 
drwxr-xr-x 1 root root 19498 Nov 20 09:28 /tmp/VPlexInstallPackages/rpms/ 

  • RPM 目錄應為服務使用者的擁有者。

 

Resolution

  • 移除 RPM 目錄可解決此問題，因為 VPlex-Installer 命令會以正確的權限重新建立目錄。
