Symptoms

 

尽管软件包正确，但 VPlex 安装程序命令仍错误地报告校验和错误。 

service@vplex-c1:~> VPlex-MS-installer --omit-manifest-check -v VPlex.x.x.x-management-server-package.tar 
The checksums of the package file do not match. 

 

Cause

RPM 目录具有错误的权限。 
 

  • 检查 RPM 目录权限。该目录意外地归 root 用户所有。 

service@vplex-c1:~> ls -lFd /tmp/VPlexInstallPackages/rpms 
drwxr-xr-x 1 root root 19498 Nov 20 09:28 /tmp/VPlexInstallPackages/rpms/ 

  • RPM 目录的所有者应归服务用户所有。

 

Resolution

  • 删除 RPMs 目录将解决此问题，因为 VPlex-Installer 命令将使用正确的权限重新创建目录。
