This is applicable to Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 hardware.
cs_hal to identify this. You can also turn on and off the notification LED if you need an onsite engineer to confirm you are working on the correct drive.
This is applicable to Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 hardware.
Cause
You must determine disk LED status.
Resolution
Obtain the disks' block device that you must check on the node. Here is how to check slot A9 disk:
