Data Protection Central （DPC） 在初始安装后访问 UI 时产生错误 502

Symptoms

安装 DPC 后，尝试登录到 DPC UI 时，收到 HTTP 错误 502。
检查 DPC 服务后，找到多个处于已归档状态的服务。

在 /var/log/dpc/elg/elg.log文件中，查找类似于以下内容的错误。

2021-02-16 15:35:57,340 ERROR main o.s.b.SpringApplication Application run failed
com.emc.clp.spi.UnavailableException: Unable to init ELG
...
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not create URI object: Illegal character in hostname at index 10: https://dp_central.lab.dell.com/pf-admin-api/v1/oauth/clients

Cause

DPC 主机名中的非法字符会导致此问题。

 

Resolution

要解决此问题，请使用仅具有受支持的字符的主机名重新部署 DPC。

在上面的示例中，主机名为“dp_central.lab.dell.com”。下划线“_”不是受支持的字符。
DPC 主机名仅支持以下条件。

  • 主机名的每个元素长度必须介于 1 到 63 个字符之间。
  • 整个主机名（包括点）的长度不能超过 253 个字符。
  • 有效字符包括字母 a 到 z、数字 0 到 9 以及连字符“-”，“主机名不能以连字符”-“开头。
  • 每个元素用点分隔。
