Symptoms

작업이 예약된 대로 시작된 후 "요청된 시간 내에 작업(EXPORT)이 수행되지 않았습니다" 오류가 발생했습니다.

Cause

vprotect_daemon.log에서 아래 주요 오류 메시지가 있습니다."
[2021-03-08 11:00:06.926] INFO [pool-6-thread-2] QueueManager.logLowDiskSpaceForExport:207[] Temporarily skipping tasks of type EXPORT - remaining staging space is less than 10% (17.3 TiB left)"

따라서 최소 공간 임계값을 초과하여 수출이 중단되고 있습니다.
 

Resolution

스테이징 공간의 10%가 여전히 17.3TB를 보유하므로 임계값을 낮춥니다.
 

  1. vProtect UI-Nodes-Node>>Configurations로 이동합니다.
  2. 일반 탭에서 내보내기를 위한 최소 여유 공간을 10%에서 1% 또는 0%로 변경합니다.

Additional Information

이 오류의 또 다른 가능한 원인은 하이퍼바이저가 OVM인 경우입니다.
OVM에 대해 내보내기 작업을 하나만 수행할 수 있고, vProtect가 예약된 시간에 다른 VM을 계속 내보낼 때 내보내기가 대기열에서 대기하며, 노드 구성에서 설정된 시간 초과에 따라 내보내기가 취소되고 KB 제목에 이 오류와 함께 실패로 표시됩니다.
