PowerScale: Niet-ondersteund protocol bij configureren Cloudpool-account met SSL

Symptoms

Foutbericht:        
Account validation failed to connect to remote server: clapi error: CL_UNEXPECTED; Unsupported protocol

De ontvangen fout is hetzelfde door SSL-validatie over te slaan of niet over te slaan.

Cause

  • De gebruikte URI weerspiegelt de Load Balancer die is geconfigureerd als reverse-proxy.
  • De configuratie op de Load Balancer is om encryptie op de front-end en back-end te gebruiken als twee verschillende sessies.
  • De versleutelde sessie op de back-end kan niet tot stand worden gebracht tussen de Load Balancer en de cloudprovider "ECS"

Resolution

  • Configureer de Load Balancer "LB" correct door de juiste root/tussenliggende SSL-ondertekeningscertificaten te importeren in het autoriteitsarchief van LB.
  • Configureer de Load Balancer "LB" correct door de juiste poort op de cloudprovider te gebruiken.     
Opmerking: Dit is een configuratieprobleem tussen de Load Balancer en de cloudprovider. De gebruiker moet contact opnemen met het accountteam voor hulp.
