Error message:
Account validation failed to connect to remote server: clapi error: CL_UNEXPECTED; Unsupported protocol
通過跳過或不跳過SSL驗證，收到的錯誤是相同的。
Cause
- 正在使用的 URI 反映了配置為反向代理的負載均衡器。
- 負載均衡器上的配置是將前端和後端的加密用作兩個不同的會話。
- 後端的加密工作階段無法在負載平衡器和雲端供應商「ECS」之間建立
Resolution
- 通過在 LB 的授權存儲中導入正確的根/中間 SSL 簽名證書來正確配置負載均衡器“LB”。
- 使用雲端提供商上的正確連接埠，正確設定負載平衡器「LB」。
注意：這是負載均衡器和雲供應商之間的配置問題。使用者應聯絡客戶團隊以取得協助。
