Symptoms
連線至外部顯示器時，您可能會遇到下列症狀：
- 電腦可能無法自動偵測到外部顯示器。
如果您擁有 Alienware x15 R1 或 Alienware x17 R1 筆記型電腦，並且已設定此組態：
- 筆記型電腦螢幕支援 Nvidia 動態顯示切換 (DDS) 功能。
- 您已進入 BIOS，並啟用獨立顯示卡處理單元 (dGPU) 模式。
- 外部顯示器使用電腦上的 Thunderbolt 連接埠連接。
Cause
啟用 dGPU 模式會讓內建 Intel 顯示晶片進入省電模式。當 BIOS 設為使用獨立 NVIDIA 顯示卡時，會停用顯示器自動偵測。
Resolution
注意：Intel® 顯示晶片 依設計運作。Intel 確認此為在強制設定僅使用獨立顯示卡時的已知硬體限制。
如果您想要解決此問題：
- 您可以按下 Win + P 以啟用偵測，或按下 Fn + F8 手動選取影像輸出顯示模式。
- 您可以在電腦的 BIOS 中停用 dGPU 模式。請查看電腦的使用者手冊，以瀏覽至 BIOS 並變更 dGPU 模式。
