Symptoms

Pokus o mapování vzdáleného souboru ISO pomocí protokolu IPv6 na webový server běžící na nestandardním portu http/80 https/443 selže v řadiči Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 9 (iDRAC9), pokud idrac.virtualconsole.plugintype je nastaven na eHTML5. 

Ovlivněna jsou následující rozhraní, protože řadič iDRAC využívá stejný kód eHTML5. 

  • Možnost Remote File Share z uživatelského rozhraní řadiče iDRAC
  • RACADM remoteimage .
  • REDFISH VirtualMedia.InsertMedia action

Cause

Porty URL jsou pevně zakódovány http/80 a https/443 pro IPv6, protože implementace eHTML5 nerozlišuje ':' v IPv6 adrese a ':' pro port serveru v URL. 

Resolution

Společnost Dell vyřešila problém se zásuvným modulem eHTML5 ve verzi 5.10.30.00 z června 2022.

Řešení
Změňte nastavení idrac.virtualconsole.plugintype do HTML5.

$ racadm help idrac.virtualconsole.plugintype

Usage                     -- 0-ActiveX; 1-Java; 2-HTML5; 3-eHTML5; Default - 3
Required License          -- Virtual Console
Dependency                -- While there are active Virtual Console, Virtual Media or Remote File Share sessions, the value cannot be changed from ActiveX/Java/HTML5 to eHTML5 or from eHTML5 to ActiveX/Java/HTML5.

$ racadm set idrac.virtualconsole.plugintype 2
