Instructions

La tarjeta de red Mellanox Connectx-5 EN (DSS), número de referencia 0RMKR, KCMKJ y RY6P0 ejecutan el firmware de Mellanox.  
Estas no son tarjetas OEM, por lo que los Dell Update Packages no funcionarán.
Desde iDRAC, verá 

RED013 The DUP specified is not compatible with the target device.
RED017 The DUP specified is not compatible with the target system.

 

 

Si el cliente está ejecutando un SO basado en Linux, esto se puede hacer desde su sistema operativo sin instalar nada.
Si el cliente está ejecutando un SO basado en Windows o ESXi, descargue e inicie la Live Image del soporte de Dell.

Descarga mlxup.

Transfiera ambos archivos al servidor.
Cambiar los permisos en mlxup a un archivo
ejecutable Ejecute el comando para actualizar la NIC.

chmod 777 or 755 ./mlxup


Ejecute el comando.

/mlxup -i fullpathtofile
