Data Domain: ATOS DDVE Bulut sağlayıcısı meta veri sunucusuyla iletişim kurulamıyor

Bir ortam uyarısı gönderilebilir ve dosya sistemi çalışmıyor olabilir. Bulut sağlayıcı meta veri sunucusuna şu durumlarda erişilemiyor:

Event Id:       EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00063
Event Message:  Unable to communicate with the cloud provider metadata server.
Additional Information: Cause=Network configuration

Event Description:

 This virtual DD system is not able to connect with the metadata server of the cloud provider. 
 Prolonged loss of connectivity with the metadata server will cause the filesystem to go down.

Recommended Action:

 Check the network configuration of the system and confirm that the primary network interface 
 and DHCP service are active. 
 Also, validate that there are no firewall rules that may be blocking access to the 
 metadata server.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Örneğin, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) için meta veri sunucusu, (dahili) IP adresi 169.254.169.254 olan "metadata.google.internal" ana bilgisayar adıdır. GCP'deki tüm VM'ler, DHCP aracılığıyla en az bir arayüz yapılandırılmışsa meta veri sunucusunun nasıl çözümleneceğini ve erişileceğini bilir. Örneğin, bir DDVE bu şekilde yapılandırıldıysa ve daha sonra arabirime statik bir IP verildiyse (DHCP yok). DDVE, meta veri sunucusu IP adresini çözümleyemez. Durumu çözmek için GCP meta veri sunucusunun DDVE'deki IP ana bilgisayar eşlemesine statik bir ad ekleyin.

Microsoft Azure

Örnek Meta Veri Hizmeti (IMDS) istekleri, VM'nin birincil NIC'si ve birincil IP'si kullanılarak gönderilmelidir. Meta veri sunucusu iletişimi için ethV0 arayüzü kullanılmalıdır.

Rotayı geri ekleyin. 127.1.1.1 değerini ethV0 için doğru ağ geçidi IP'si ile değiştirin.
