Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Managerインターフェイス Jobs > System Jobs 詳細表示:

Error : InfrastructureNodeSessions unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy node <Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN>. Unable to determine the state of node VM '<Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN>' or the 'vProxy Agent' agent running on it. Unable to connect to Node VM: dial tcp: lookup <Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN> on <DNS_Server>: 53: no such host

PowerProtectアプライアンスでは、 nslookup コマンドをレポート ノードまたは検索エンジンの完全修飾ドメイン名(FQDN)に対して実行しても、期待される結果が返されません。 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Managerソリューションでは、レポート ノードまたは検索エンジンの適切な名前解決(FQDN、短い名前、IPアドレス)が必要です。

Resolution

ドメイン ネーム サーバー(DNS)の名前解決の問題を修正して、レポート/検索エンジン(ノード)の問題に対処します。
