Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 인터페이스 Jobs > System Jobs 세부 사항 쇼 :

Error : InfrastructureNodeSessions unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy node <Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN>. Unable to determine the state of node VM '<Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN>' or the 'vProxy Agent' agent running on it. Unable to connect to Node VM: dial tcp: lookup <Reporting/Search_Engine_FQDN> on <DNS_Server>: 53: no such host

PowerProtect 어플라이언스에서 nslookup 보고 노드 또는 검색 엔진의 FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name)에 대한 명령이 예상된 결과를 반환하지 않습니다. 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 솔루션에는 보고 노드 또는 검색 엔진의 적절한 이름 확인(FQDN, 짧은 이름, IP 주소)이 필요합니다.

Resolution

DNS(Domain Name Server)의 이름 확인 문제를 해결하여 보고/검색 엔진(노드) 문제를 해결합니다.
