Pokud je na síti VSAN povoleno šifrování nebo je povolen režim šifrování hostitele, nástroj VxRail Manager nemůže shromažďovat balíček protokolů ESXi. Nejedná se o chybu, jde o naprogramované chování.
Ke shromažďování balíčku protokolů ESXi se doporučuje používat uživatelské rozhraní vCenter.
