Hvis kryptering er aktiveret på VSAN, eller værtskrypteringstilstand er aktiveret, kan VxRail Manager ikke indsamle ESXi-logpakken. Dette er tilsigtet.
Det anbefales at bruge vCenter UI til at indsamle ESXi-logpakken.
