Si el cifrado está habilitado en VSAN o el modo de cifrado de host está habilitado, VxRail Manager no puede recopilar el paquete de registros de ESXi. Este es el funcionamiento según el diseño.
Se recomienda usar la interfaz de usuario de vCenter para recopilar el paquete de registros de ESXi.
