Symptoms

⚠️ Wichtig: Ersetzen Sie keine NVRAM-Karte oder BBU, es sei denn, DDOS hat eine Warnmeldung ausgegeben, die auf einen Fehler hinweist. Der proaktive Austausch wird nicht empfohlen.

Mögliche Warnmeldungen:

  • NVRAM-00001: File system is disabled due to a problem with the NVRAM subsystem
  • NVRAM-00002: Battery at low charge and not charging
  • NVRAM-00003: Excessive PCI or memory errors
  • NVRAM-00201: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM card
  • NVRAM-00202: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM remote battery
  • NVRAM-00204: Invalid condition detected with NVRAM battery

Cause

DDOS überwacht das NVRAM-Subsystem kontinuierlich. Wenn ein Fehler in der NVRAM-Karte oder BBU erkannt wird, wird eine Warnmeldung ausgegeben.
Die Warnmeldung enthält in der Regel Diagnosedetails, aber möglicherweise sind weitere Untersuchungen erforderlich, wenn das Problem durch den Austausch der Komponente nicht behoben werden kann.

Resolution

Das Beheben der Warnmeldung erfordert in der Regel den Austausch der NVRAM-Karte oder BBU (falls nicht integriert). Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

  1. Generieren eines Supportbündels
  2. Stellen Sie einen Service-Request bei Ihrem Supportanbieter.

⚠️Hinweis: Eine Akkuladung unter 100 % ist normal. DDOS verwaltet den Akkuzustand, indem es den Akku regelmäßig entlädt und wieder auflädt.
