Symptoms

⚠️ 중요: DDOS에서 장애를 나타내는 알림을 게시하지 않는 한 NVRAM 카드 또는 BBU를 교체 하지 마십시오. 사전 교체는 권장되지 않습니다.

  • 모든 Data Domain 시스템
  • 모든 DDOS 소프트웨어 버전

가능한 알림:

  • NVRAM-00001: File system is disabled due to a problem with the NVRAM subsystem
  • NVRAM-00002: Battery at low charge and not charging
  • NVRAM-00003: Excessive PCI or memory errors
  • NVRAM-00201: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM card
  • NVRAM-00202: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM remote battery
  • NVRAM-00204: Invalid condition detected with NVRAM battery

Cause

DDOS는 NVRAM 서브시스템을 지속적으로 모니터링합니다. NVRAM 카드 또는 BBU에서 장애가 감지되면 알림을 게시합니다.
알림에는 일반적으로 진단 세부 정보가 포함되지만 구성 요소를 교체해도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 추가 조사가 필요할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

알림 해결에는 일반적으로 NVRAM 카드 또는 BBU(통합되지 않은 경우)를 교체하는 작업이 포함됩니다. 다음 절차를 수행하십시오:

  1. 지원 번들 생성
  2. 지원 공급업체에 서비스 요청을 제출하십시오.

⚠️참고: 배터리 충전량이 100% 미만이면 정상입니다. DDOS는 주기적으로 배터리를 방전하고 재충전하여 배터리 상태를 관리합니다.
