Symptoms

SYMACL 변경을 시도하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Symmetrix access control denied the request

에서 호스트의 ACL(Access Control List) 권한 확인symacl list -v' 명령은 호스트에 "Admin Priv = YES" 권한.

SYMAPI 로그에 오류가 표시되지 않습니다.

안으로 storsrvd 데몬 로그, 오류의 유일한 힌트를 볼 수 있습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 고객에게 환경 변수가 SYMCLI_ACCESS_PIN 잘못된 PIN 값으로 설정합니다. 이것은 '에서 볼 수 있습니다.symcli -def' 명령 출력. 잘못된 PIN을 입력하면 잘못된 PIN이 사용되고 명령이 실패한다는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 그러나 이 변수에서 PIN 값을 사용하는 경우 이러한 정보는 제공되지 않으며 일반 "Symmetrix access control denied the request" 오류가 발생합니다.

Resolution

해결 방법: 제거 SYMCLI_ACCESS_PIN 변수를 지정하거나 올바른 ACL PIN 값으로 업데이트합니다.
