Symptoms

  • NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 的“修改客户端向导”生成以下错误：
    connecting to host <client name> failed: loaded plugin is not signed.
  • 使用 NetWorker Runtime Environment （NRE） 8.0.14 的 NMC 客户端上出现该错误
  • 在具有 Java Runtime Environment （JRE） 8 更新 301 的 NMC 客户端上看不到该错误。

Cause

插件程序错误是由于访问 NMC 的主机上安装的 Java 版本造成的。

Resolution

警告：NRE 8.0.14 是 2022 年的版本，不应再使用。

将 NRE 升级到最新的 8.0.x 版本。NRE 可从 NetWorker 下载页面下载：适用于NetWorker的支持 |驱动程序与下载 

NetWorker 下载页面仅提供最新的 NRE 版本。19.12.x（及更低版本）使用 NRE 8.0.x。NetWorker 19.13.x（及更高版本）使用 NRE 17.0.x。
