Symptoms

Quando si crea una nuova policy, non è possibile creare l'unità di storage.

Dall'interfaccia utente: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented
Dal registro dei lavori:

Confermato che non vi è alcun problema di rete, nessun problema di certificato, utilizzo già di sysadmin per aggiungere Data Domain (il rilevamento funziona correttamente).

Cause

Il servizio NFS di Data Domain è disabilitato.
DD System Manager risulta disabilitato

Resolution

Nell'interfaccia utente di Data Domain, cliccare su "ENABLE" per abilitare NFSv3.
