Symptoms

เมื่อสร้างนโยบายใหม่ จะไม่สามารถสร้างหน่วยเก็บข้อมูลได้

CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

ยืนยันว่าไม่มีปัญหาเครือข่าย ไม่มีปัญหาใบรับรอง ใช้ sysadmin เพื่อเพิ่มโดเมนข้อมูลอยู่แล้ว (การค้นพบทํางานได้ดี)

Cause

บริการ NFS ของโดเมนข้อมูลถูกปิดใช้งาน
DD System Manager แสดงปิดใช้งาน

Resolution

บน UI โดเมนข้อมูล ให้คลิก "เปิดใช้งาน" เพื่อเปิดใช้งาน NFSv3
