Symptoms

A power supply has failed.
Unity dials home with neo14:601f5 error.  

In details appear which and where is the faulted power supply:

Description:
Power supply DPE Power Supply A0 has faulted 

Description:
Power supply DAE 1 0 Power Supply B0 has faulted

Cause

One power supply has changed its status to faulted.

Resolution

Check the cables on the power supply. 

Check the power source: Power Distribution Board (PDU), plug, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

NOTE for DC Power supplies only:

Power Supply 071-000-598-02 is no longer available.  If this power supply has failed, replace both power supplies with 071-000-698-00    Both power supplies should match. Do not intermix.

Use the SolVe procedure to replace the failed power supply first and then replace the second power supply.
