Symptoms

E:\のバックアップに失敗する  数時間実行した後、Windowsクライアントでドライブを実行します。他のドライブまたはDRセーブセットのバックアップに問題はありません。
ワークフロー ログのエラー メッセージ:

--- Job Indications ---
read failed on \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy15\<file with path>: No such file or directory.

アクションログのエラーメッセージ(/nsr/logs/policy/<policy>/<workflow>/<backup_xxx_logs>/xxx.logを使用）：

91579:save: Unrecoverable readfile error captured, backup will not complete.
127945:save: read failed on \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy15\<file with path>: No such file or directory

Cause

バックアップ開始時にシャドウ コピーが作成されるが、次の理由によりバックアップ完了前に削除される volsnap イベント .
Windowsシステム イベント ログID 25。

The shadow copies of volume E: were deleted because the shadow copy storage could not grow in time.  Consider reducing the IO load on the system or choose a shadow copy storage volume that is not being shadow copied.

Windowsストレージ コントローラー ドライバーとファームウェアが更新されておらず、NetWorkerのバックアップ中にE:\ドライブで別のローカル バックアップが使用されていた。ただし、ローカル バックアップ完了後にドライバー/ファームウェアをアップデートし、NetWorkerバックアップの開始時刻を変更しても、問題は解決されませんでした。
 

Resolution

ドライブ サイズは約7TBで、空き容量は2.3TBでした。シャドウ コピーのストレージは700GBに設定されました。
この問題は、シャドウ コピー ストレージを1.2TBに増やした後に解決されました
