PowerMaxOS 10 (6079)アレイを管理するUnisphere for PowerMax 10.xで、RE IPインターフェイスで「Ping Remote IP」を試みると、次のエラーが返されます。

One or more IP addresses passed do not exist in the director emulation
同等のSYMCLI 10.xコマンド:
symsan -sid <sid> -dir <dir> -port <port> ping -protocol rdf_gige -remote_ip_address <IPAddress>
正常に返されます(例:

Unisphere for PowerMax 10.0.xが、ping操作のAPIリクエストで誤ったプロトコルを送信しています。

Resolution

この問題は、Unisphere for PowerMAXバージョン 10.1.x.

で解決されています「Ping Remote IP」機能の確認が必要な場合は、回避策として(Unisphere for PowerMax 10.0.xバージョンを使用)、次のSYMCLIコマンドを使用します。
