Symptoms

在管理 PowerMaxOS 10 （6079） 陣列的 PowerMax 10.x 的 Unisphere 中，嘗試在 RE IP 介面中「Ping 遠端 IP」傳回：

One or more IP addresses passed do not exist in the director emulation
相當的 SYMCLI 10.x 命令：
symsan -sid <sid> -dir <dir> -port <port> ping -protocol rdf_gige -remote_ip_address <IPAddress>
成功返回，例如：

Cause

Resolution

作為因應措施 （使用 PowerMax 10.0.x 版本的 Unisphere），如果需要確認「Ping 遠端 IP」功能，請使用下列 SYMCLI 命令：

symsan -sid <sid> -dir <dir> -port <port> ping -protocol rdf_gige -remote_ip_address <IPAddress>
