Cause

Resolution

Dit probleem wordt meestal op het volgende opgelost:

  1. Opnieuw starten adm service op PowerProtect Data Manager.
  2. Maak de registratie van de client ongedaan.
  3. Hernoemen C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.
  4. Naam van de C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl directory op de client, als die er nog is.
  5. Registreer de client opnieuw
