Cause

Resolution

일반적으로 다음과 같은 방법으로 이 문제가 해결됩니다.

  1. 다시 시작 adm PowerProtect Data Manager의 서비스.
  2. 클라이언트 등록을 취소합니다.
  3. 이름 변경 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.
  4. 이름 바꾸기 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl 디렉토리가 아직 있는 경우 클라이언트에 있습니다.
  5. 클라이언트 다시 등록
