Symptoms

而 index_host 记录没有任何 applicationsOfInterest 记录到它的信息。

Cause

代理类型设置为空的根本原因未知。一种可能性是 adm 某些类型的线程可能会用完。

Resolution

以下操作通常可解决此问题：

  1. 重新启动 adm PowerProtect Data Manager 上的服务。
  2. 注销客户端。
  3. 重命名 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.
  4. 重命名 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl 目录（如果仍然存在）。
  5. 重新注册客户端
