Symptoms
In the Avamar User Interface (AUI), Avamar Java Administration UI, or from the MCCLI command-line interface, when trying to list backups for a client it takes extended time or there is a timeout failure.
Cause
Avamar engineering filed a defect, "AVAMAR-40427: Backup list is taking more time to display."
Resolution
Avamar 19.10 cumulative hotfix 338807 for Avamar Server, including Avamar Virtual Edition has been released and posted on the Dell support site.
This hotfix, and any cumulative patch after this will include the fix for slow backup listing.
