Symptoms

Il backup BBB (Block Based Backup) del client Windows NetWorker 19.9 è stato completato correttamente, tuttavia il ripristino BBB non è riuscito con errore: 
nsriscsi: unable to get ISCSI Header An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Cause

Il timeout ISCSI di Windows ha causato un errore di restore BBB di NetWorker.

Resolution

Nel Registro di sistema di Windows:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E97B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\Microsoft iSCSI Initiator\Parameters]

Aumentare il seguente parametro dal valore predefinito al valore massimo:
  
 FirstBurstLength: Il valore predefinito è 65536 (64 KB); Aumentare a 262144 (256 KB)

MaxBurstLength: Il valore predefinito è 262144 (256 KB); Aumentare a 327680 (320 KB)

MaxRequestHoldTime: Il valore predefinito è 60 s; Aumenta a 90 secondi.

 MaxTransferLength: Il valore predefinito è 262144 (256 KB); Aumento a 327680 (320 KB)

Dopo aver aumentato i parametri ISCSI di Windows, il ripristino BBB del client Windows viene completato correttamente.
