Symptoms

NetWorker 19.9 Windowsクライアントのブロック ベース バックアップ(BBB)は正常に完了しましたが、BBBリストアが次のエラーで失敗しました。 
nsriscsi: unable to get ISCSI Header An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Cause

Windows ISCSIタイムアウトが原因で、NetWorker BBBリストアが失敗しました。

Resolution

Windowsレジストリー:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E97B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\Microsoft iSCSI Initiator\Parameters]

次のパラメーターをデフォルト値から最大値に増やします。
  
 FirstBurstLength: デフォルト値は 65536 (64 KB) です。262144(256 KB)に増やします

MaxBurstLength: デフォルト値は 262144 (256 KB) です。327680 (320 KB) に増やします

MaxRequestHoldTime: デフォルト値は 60 秒です。90秒に増やします

最大転送長: デフォルト値は 262144 (256 KB) です。327680 (320 KB)に増やす

Windows ISCSIパラメーターを増やすと、WindowsクライアントのBBBリストアが正常に完了します。
