Verifique os logs do agente do Hyper-V vProtect e o erro será semelhante a:

Cause

O tamanho padrão de WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKb é 500 (kilobytes), o que equivale a 512.000 bytes.

Se o agente tentar transferir mais dados pelo DDboost do que isso, lança-se uma exceção.

Resolution

Acesse o hypervisor que hospeda a máquina virtual que tem o backup com falha.
Verifique o tamanho da WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKb (com o PowerShell como administrador)
