Symptoms

SSDがエラーを報告し、ドライブ アラートの前にiDRACに低い周囲温度が表示される。エラーは、複数のドライブに存在する可能性があり、環境内の複数のシステムに存在する可能性があります。

Cause

Dellのドライブでは、本番稼働中、周囲温度が0°Cを超えないようにする必要があります。最低温度以下で動作するドライブが設計仕様を超過し、デバイス全体の正常性に影響が及んでいるため、SMART予測エラーが報告される場合があります。

Lifecycle Controllerログには、ドライブで障害が報告される数時間または数日前に、システム吸気温度と低温警告または重要イベントが表示されます。

Resolution

設計環境仕様外での動作に起因する障害を報告しているDellソリッド ステート ドライブは、交換が必要な場合があり、標準のシステム保証の対象外となる場合があります。
ドライブから予測エラーが報告されると、信頼性が低下し、SMARTアラートをクリアできなくなります
