Symptoms

SSD가 오류를 보고하고 iDRAC에서 드라이브 알림이 발생하기 전에 낮은 주변 온도를 표시합니다. 오류는 여러 드라이브에 존재할 수 있으며 환경 내의 여러 시스템에 존재할 수 있습니다.

Cause

Dell 드라이브는 생산 작업 중 주변 온도가 0°C 이상으로 유지되어야 합니다. 최소 온도 이하에서 작동하는 드라이브는 설계 사양을 초과하며 전체 디바이스 상태에 영향을 미치므로 SMART 예측 오류를 보고할 수 있습니다.

LifeCycle Controller 로그에는 드라이브 장애가 보고되기 몇 시간 또는 며칠 전에 저온 경고 또는 중요 이벤트가 있는 시스템 입구 온도가 표시됩니다.

Resolution

설계 이외의 작동으로 인한 결함을 보고하는 Dell 솔리드 스테이트 드라이브는 환경 사양에 따라 교체가 필요할 수 있으며 표준 시스템 보증이 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.
드라이브가 예측 오류를 보고하면 신뢰성이 떨어지고 SMART 알림을 지울 수 없습니다.
