Symptoms

SSD 會報告錯誤，而 iDRAC 會在磁碟機警示出現前顯示環境系統溫度過低。錯誤可能出現在多個磁碟機上，並可能存在於環境中的幾個系統中。

Cause

在生產作業期間，Dell 磁碟機需要環境溫度保持在 0°C 以上。在最低溫度下運作的磁碟機超過設計規格，而且可能會因為整體裝置健全狀況受到影響而回報 SMART 預測性故障。

LifeCycle Controller 記錄會在磁碟機報告故障前數小時或數天，顯示系統進氣溫度與低溫警告或嚴重事件。

Resolution

若 Dell 固態硬碟因運作環境規格之外而回報故障，則可能需要更換，且可能不在標準系統保固的涵蓋範圍之內。
一旦磁碟機回報預測性故障，其可靠性就會降低，且無法清除 SMART 警示。
