Symptoms
OS10 switch stops responding after a Firmware upgrade. Switch configuration is lost.
Cause
PCIE version is not at the minimum required version to perform FW/SW update. PCIE version 2.6 is required for OS 10.5.x.x, per release notes.
Resolution
Update the PCIE FW before performing the switch upgrade.
