Symptoms

When checking the PCIe SSD status through racadm or "Hardware inventory" in iDRAC, the CPU affinity shows as Not Applicable.

Example as below:

checking the PCIe SSD status through "Hardware inventory" in iDRAC, the CPU affinity shows as Not Applicable

Cause

BIOS provides the duplicated entry for PCIeSSD.

Resolution

The fix should be in the BIOS release planned for June 2025.

Users can get the correct CPU affinity value looking at: iDRAC > PCIe Slots > PCIeSSD
